New-built home (2022) in a quiet neighborhood. Nice and cozy, clean private bedroom with a full-sized bed with a memory foam and topper. Light cooking only. No foods or drinks in the bedroom. No shoes inside the house. Street parking.

My husband and I live in the home. We are friendly but quiet and respectful of others. We are clean and organized. We have family parties once in a while. We have meetings in the house once or twice a month with church friends/members.
