Move in: as early as November 1st, 6 month lease at minimum.

-About the area: It has a low crime rate, clean neighborhood, super walkable, and street parking friendly. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown Burbank where the AMC movie theater, mall, restaurants, and bars are located. It is also a 5 minute walk to Pavilions, Starbucks, and Blink Fitness.

-About the property: it’s a gated community, with lush greenery all around. The unit itself has an air conditioning unit, fridge, gas stove and oven, community washer and dryer, and a pool. The apartment is located on the first floor for easy access for moving in. It is a small complex as well with 12 units and very quiet at night.

-About rent: it is $1200 a month -including utilities.
