Non smoking Room for rent. House is clean and well kept but dated. Quiet setting edge of town next to walking trail. South end of town near hospitals. Pets will be considered on individual basis and must get along with other animals. Single person only please. Rent plus one third of electric bill. Has free wifi but its not the greatest. OK for Netflix. 3 month minimum stay.

Fulltime Roomie is a quiet, easy going, young military veteran man working evening shift. Occasional room mate (who would share the bath) is laid back retired woman who lives in another state but wants access to room here just when she visits area. Both non smokers and friendly, considerate people.
