Hi everyone! Currently looking for a new female housemate to share the 2 bedroom/2 full bath house I have been renting for two years in Royal Oak! Right off of Woodward, between 13 and 14 mile, near Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital. It’s been an amazing home to live in, I have always felt safe, and the landlord has been attentive to any and all maintenance needs for the home. Rent is $1075/month per person and move in date would be Sept 15/16. New housemate will have their own bathroom and bedroom. A third bedroom was transformed into a full walk-in closet room by the landlord, so we will share that space for our storage needs. Other amenities include: Washer and drier in large laundry room in basement, two outdoor deck spaces, two sun rooms, garage w parking space and automatic garage door opener, lots of kitchen storage and pantry space, tons of windows and natural light.
