Hi! Looking for a roomie in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo! I own the unit, so I might be a bit biased, but I think it’s pretty great.

• 6-month lease term, with 1500 security deposit, and $30 for credit/background check.

• Complex built in 2021!
• Rooftop lounge area
• Rec Room with a large TV
• Washer/Dryer in Unit
• Dishwasher
• Central AC & Heating
• Less than 1 mile away from the Americana! (personally love a weekend morning walk to Philz)
• Covered parking spot available for additional $50/mo

I’m using the third room as an office, so the ‘shared’ bathroom would be all yours! Your room is unfurnished and has a large mirrored closet.

Looking for someone clean and considerate! Preferably a young professional (Mid 20s- late 30s) who is vaccinated.

I don’t have any pets of my own, but I do babysit my family’s pup every now and then. I’m more than happy to have a little fur-ball-of-joy in the apartment if they’re cleaned up after 🥰 I’m a working professional in my early 30s. I don’t smoke (but don’t mind if you do as long as it’s outside), keep the common areas clean, and I am currently working from home. My boyfriend and I swap visiting each other so he’ll be staying at the apartment at least a few nights every month and I’ll be out of town at least a few nights every month. I love hiking, dancing, watching TV, crafting (or anything art-related), roller skating, and learning about what people are passionate about!
