Blocks from Dayton Light Rail station, and only two minutes from I-25 for quick access to the mountains on your days off. Utilities not included with rent - usually around $100/month split between the three of us!
One of the owners lives in the house, so repairs take a priority; we keep a quiet, clean house between the three of us. Hoping you help keep common spaces tidy, have a regular and reliable work situation, and are just looking for a chill place to hang your hat (or climbing harness or skis) at night.
