I have available a single furnished bedroom with private bath and shower in a single-family neighborhood in Winder GA. This rental is in the Century Oak develpment off City Pond Road. Conveniently located to 211 and just 6 miles from I 85 and Chateau Elan. Large backyard well maintained and back deck. Rental includes cooking supplies (non-food), linens and bath towels.

Quiet home with no other renters.

This is a non-smoking and single person rental. No pets please. I have 4 cats all healthy. Renter will have use of common areas: living room and kitchen for light cooking subject to certain times. Washer and dryer. WIFI included. All utilities included with off street parking (driveway). $900.00 per month all inclusive. $500.00 security deposit. Please have 3 months of paystubs as proof of employment and 2 references.
