This suite has a King-size bed, personal fridge, and you have a PRIVATE bathroom—Plus, the designated driveway parking spot for you is closest to the front door. Enjoy the living room with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The quiet neighborhood is a few minutes to Narragansett Town Beach and a half mile to The Narrow River for great kayaking. It may be possible to extend your lease through the summer season. I own/manage the property and live in a separate area of the house. Other than you, I am the only person with access to the kitchen and the main living room with a fireplace.
