Walkable to downtown and many great restaurants and coffee shops. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. The home has a large kitchen and 3 large shared living rooms. One will be designated for movement/exercise/dance/etc. Working wood burning fireplace. Great yard and porch/patio. 4 bedrooms upstairs including the master. Shared laundry in the basement downstairs. Rent includes natural gas for heat and hot water, water/sewer, trash, and yard maintenance. Roomie will be responsible for 1/3 of electric and internet.

I am a mother and my 13 yo son lives with me 50-75% of the time. I am a physical therapist and business owner. I love to dance, walk/hike, exercise, read, learn, talk, be quiet, eat good food, joke around. I am looking for one female roommate who I can interact easily with and share some interests to create a harmonious home. I will invite my family and friends over for game or movie nights and would be fine with you doing the same. An occasional larger gathering would be fun. Open communication and compassion are important. I don’t want drugs or smoking in the home. Not 420 friendly (on this property- not concerned about what you do elsewhere). Minimal drinking would be ok with me. I have an 11lb poodle mix. One more small well behaved dog would be ok. Sorry, no cats. Roommate would have to go through the property manager’s screening and background check for a fee (it’s less than $100).
