Baldric Street

Renting out a room in my Boca Raton house to a single responsible adult (21 yrs or older), non-smoker, employed or retired, who study/works or stays near the South Florida area, must be respectful to neighbors and landlord. The room is a furnished master bedroom and the entrance is from the bathroom door. There’s space to park your vehicle. Dogs are not allowed nor working vans; if you own a cat or other pet we must discuss conditions.

This is a single home family of 3 with a dog and an indoor cat. We are calm people. We all work and study but we care of our home and the people who live here too. The house is camera monitored outside.
