This is a building in Browne’s Addition near Coeur d’Alene park. I will be here part-time with my 2 year old daughter, but half the time I’ll be in Seattle for work. I’ll be working from home when I’m there, so I need the place to be quiet. Water/sewer/garbage is paid by the building. Lawn care is provided. No smoking, no pets. We would split internet & electric.

I’m 39, male, and work as a civil engineer. I’m quiet and a homebody. I’m looking for someone who stays relatively clean and quiet. I’ll have my daughter part time, so this is a kid friendly house. I would prefer someone between 30 and 50 years old.
