I just bought a house and we still moving in. A small room approx (7.5 ft by 11 ft), available close to downtown (1.8 miles), Stadiums, and UCF downtown campus, a few blocks from the Orlando health hospital. All bills included, access to the whole house. And backyard

My wife and I, and a small, super friendly shih tzu. You’ll have full access to kitchen, living room, backyard, and laundry. We are very laid back, and enjoy cooking, going to music and food festivals, as well as a glass of wine with popcorn and a movie.
