hello all…first i must state this room isn’t available yet. I rent a large (could be 3 br w/attic&basement) apt by myself. I know this apt has had 2 people before and i would need to contact my landlord. My rent is 850 and maybe they’ll agree to 600 more for someone getting just 1 room and we’ll split the1450 and have access to the whole place. Very quiet neighborhood
hello i’m will…i’m 60 and recently separated and divorcing i need to downsize to pay off some debt. I’m a quiet guy working 60+ hours a week i rarely have more than 2 hours from home time to bed time mostly less. There’s a nice couple with 2 small sons living downstairs
