Its asking for a deposit here and I don’t know how much the apartment complex will require. So the amount it says is not correct.

Near green line and Clackamas Town Center.

We currently live in a three bedroom, two bath, apartment (my boyfriend and I are in one room and we have a roommate in one of the other rooms already) in Clackamas, and are looking for someone to take the third room. The room cost per month is $700, with utilities usually around $125 a month (lights and internet) sometimes lower. You would share a bathroom with our other roommate. Will let you guys discuss that.

You will have to pay the application fee and maybe a deposit with the apartment.

The community is a nice and quiet community. We are medium in terms of neatness - we usually keep the common areas nicer and don’t care about what you do in your room. Obviously, no holes or anything, though. We don’t mind that you have guests as long as nothing gets damaged. Just give us a heads up, and we’ll do the same.

We all get along and hang out occasionally - disc golf, video games, and communal ordering food out. You don’t have to participate, but if you’d like to you’re more than welcome. We are all 420 friendly and smoke often. We all have random schedules.

We split the laundry, kitchen items, and cleaning product cost. But you’re more than welcome to do whatever you’d like.

We are gay and our roommate is straight. We have one cat in the house (the roommate’s cat Zeus).

We would like somebody as soon as possible - the room is open because our previous roommate moved out to find a place with his girlfriend.
