We are, as other home sharing “roomies,” both fully body able, two service working in our early 70’s, and very kind and independent. Busy outer lives, this place is our harbor. We are to ourselves, unless engaged by each other. There is bathroom right by outside ur room in hallway a shared bath w jets n shower - master bath size, for 2 of three ( I’m owner and there too, other room rented to a woman doing service 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm so she had private shower.
Your possible room has an entrance to the garden full of grassy lawn, magnolia n redwood trees, a real flower n veggie garden, we can each plant in if desired, a creek and fenced in beauty. The 12 x 22 foot bedroom of u possibly, the “roomie” renter will is totally private. It has a stepless entrance thru back gate too. Front has stairs up and banister by parking.
The place has all equipped modern kitchen, washer dryer n dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, toaster oven, knives, plates, glasses, silverware to share. Utilities, one third except I pay gardener and outside water is 1/3 or $150 each and IS included in ur rental listed $1750. ( do room is $1600 per mo.) Seeking six month minimum, or ideally 1 yr plus. $250 of deposit is cleaning fee, $250 refundable asap w walk thru, five days after departure unless damage. I’ve been here for 14 years, and rented it for two yrs a dozen years ago. . Lived here then did or Air B n Bed, when my partner moved to Washington 5 years ago. Air b n b as of Oct. 2022, became limited to 30 days plus rentals so prefer longer stays..I’ve owned it for ten years and steward it as a beloved space to share its beauty. Great hiking too. I am a woman, 72, extravert w a huge circle of friends and passionate work that keep me very happy, busy & positive. I am quiet early n late (inner practices, stretching & writing) and work 8:30 am til 4 pm at home 70% time many calls n Zooms) for social justice & womens’ serving non profits & donors, encouraging generosity.) I usually hike n exercise n see people n nonprofits or cultural events 5 nights a week ( gone 4-9:00 pm often, other roomie gone Tues-Sat. 230-1145 pm). There is plenty of space for separateness or hanging too. I enjoy connecting when easy, and respect boundaries. And like getting to better understanding or clarity when needed. I aporeciate roomies who say hello, and connect, some. No smoking in the house & moderate alcohol, if any, as daily drinking, triggers me. The place is furnished but cherished art or items are welcomed. Parking in front uncovered for one car each. I have a gardener who does weekly maintainance. I’m a good team member and as accommodating as possible. Friends, nature’s beauty and good works are my joy! How about you? Come see it ideally b4 mid-January 2024.
