North 35th Street

The room is in a manufactured home not too far from Sky Harbor Airport.
It is a double-wide home including an office area, dining room space, and laundry. There is a shared bathroom with one other roommate currently and when guests come. The other roommate may be moving soon. The home does not have Central Air. There are fans and a couple of Portable Air Conditioners throughout the house, including the bedroom.
The home is a fixer-upper but has the essentials, roof, water, and electricity. Lol. The home is 420-friendly.
There is some parking available in front of the home, usually, one or two cars fit depending on the vehicle. The main parking is on the side of the street the driveway to the home is off of. Typically, never an issue to find close parking. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. People tend to stay to themselves but are sociable. It’s not the “perfect” area but I’ve lived here for three years now and never really had a problem.

I am a working professional, usually 9-5 and have additional work online throughout the week. I work from home and in the community and go to the office one day a week.
I have 6 kitties! And a Foster Kitty currently! I am 420-friendly.
