Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take my place in a 2b2b apartment in Laguna Niguel as soon as possible. The girl in the other room is Shannon and here are her words:

“I’m (24f) searching for a female roommate who is a working professional and/or student around the same age to join a lease for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Laguna Niguel. I am in the master bedroom and you would have your own room and detached bathroom.

I’m currently working full time from home after graduating from UCSD hoping to find someone who is also clean and respectful. It’s very important to me that we are both on the same page about maintaining clean shared spaces. I don’t smoke or party and unfortunately, can’t have pets due to allergies. I do tend to keep to myself, but I’d also love to be friends! I enjoy reading and video games, but I would also be down to go out and explore on the weekends. We’re roughly 5 miles from the beach, so there’s plenty of fun adventures and good food nearby!“
