Three bedroom, two bath, mobile home in community with pool (not open year round). Front bedroom available w/private bathroom for one occupant gainfully employed, will need to provide proof of income. One parking space available. Rent to be paid the 1st of the month, must purchase renters insurance, and be willing to sign a month to month lease in the beginning.

The rent covers use of washer/dryer, shared kitchen/living space. Utilities (water & electric) will be split between the two of us. You will need to provide your own food, paper products, laundry detergent, trash bags etc.. Be clean, quiet, neat and respectful of my home and your living space. I prefer a non smoker. No partying or drugs of any kind, occasional over night guests are fine as long as you give me a heads up.

I am 49, a believer, work full time days M-F. I am honest, respectful and clean, but I do enjoy my peace! I try and keep to myself and do my thing. Taking life one day at a time. I have 3 grown kids (32, 27 & 26) and 2 grandkids (8 & 5), whom do come to visit from time to time, occasionally staying the night, as well as other family members/friends on occasion.

I do have a Boston Terrier, her name is Izzi, she’s 4 years old and a love bug. She will want to be your friend and hang out. She’s tends to try an be an alfa when around other dogs. I am looking for someone long term. I hope to find a roommate I can mesh with, someone with an open mind.
