Three bedroom, two bath, mobile home in community. Front bedroom available w/private bathroom for one occupant gainfully employed, and can provide proof you can afford your portion of rent/utilities. Can pay biweekly or monthly and be willing to sign a month to month lease for both our protection. The rent covers internet & use of washer/dryer. No cable in the home. Utilities (water & electric) will be split between us. You provide your own food. Shared kitchen/living space. Be clean, neat, quiet, and respectful of my home and your living quarters. Prefer non smoker, but fine to smoke outside. Prefer females. No partying or drugs of any kind, social drinking okay, occasional over night guests are fine as long as you give me a heads up.

I am 47, work full time days in the medical field, gone on most weekends to spend time with my fiancée. In a long distance relationship. I am clean, respectful, honest and enjoy my peace. I try and keep to myself and do my thing. Really enjoying my little fish tank and trying to embrace going gray. I do have 3 grown kids (29, 25 & 23) & 2 grandchildren (5 & 2), whom may come to visit from time to time and occasionally stay over as well as other family members. I do have the 3rd bedroom for guest. I also just recently adopted a medium sized dog. I hope to find a roomie whom I can mesh well with and it be a good fit for the both of us.
