I am owner of a 2./2 in a deeded community off Jasmine Blvd in Port Richey. 58 yes old. Semi Retired but work many hrs out of the house. I am renting Master Suite with private Bathroom to a legit person. Rent is 950 per month includes all utilities. Use of kitchen for ligh cooking. Screened in Lanai, Hot tub, and community pool. Must have FT job.pay stubs,job references and rental references.area is NOT walk friendly so you must have a working Vehicle. It’s my home, not a party house or hang out. Limited.company and an OCCASIONAL overnight. Smoking ok outside
