The apartment is located in Astoria (send me a message to find out the specific area). It’s a 5 min walk to the closest train. There are abundant shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

Heat and hot water are included. We split internet, electricity and gas, which amounts to about $125/person in the summer, and $90/person in the winter.

I’m looking for a (female) roomie to take over my roommate’s lease. I have a WFH job at at a university research center and I’m also a student in a laboratory sciences program.

I’m hoping to find someone who has clean living habits, respects public spaces and can compromise and communicate constructively. I have friends over occasionally for dinner and hang outs (no parties), and I rarely have overnight guests.

On my spare time I like to take walks, shop at Target, watch movies, play board games, go to comedy clubs, go hiking and have picnics (if it’s warm enough). Occasionally I like to go out dancing and have drinks. It’d be nice to have a roommate with similar interest and become friends, but okay with being just living buddies!
