Large property, no smoking inside, outside ok. Must be clean. Room has walk-in closet, furnished with TV. Included. Has full size bed Use of washer and dryer , fridge , kitchen ,living room. I am a guitar player and get loud once in awhile. I’m a mature 69yr. I have 1 small male dog and 1 large dog .Also have large front porch and covered patio with Gas BBQ grill. Would like clean mature roommate. Must have good steady income.

I am polite , laid back play guitar. Retired from the restaurant business. I have small friendly dog, and 1 large dog but barks when someone comes in the yard. Once in awhile I’ll cook for everyone. I will adjust my practice times to accommodate.
