Enjoy your own bedroom, bathroom, and a private office or den in a 4BR/3.5BA townhome with reserved parking, and super easy access to Arlington, DC, Falls Church, Tysons, Dulles and National airports, shopping, parks, and key government agencies (Pentagon, Defense Health HQ, National Foreign Services Institute, etc.) by car or via bus and Metro. Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, gas and Verizon FIOS) as well as weekly cleaning and optional laundry service. The home is fully furnished for convenience, but we can also remove furniture if you are bringing your own.

You’ll share the space with the current owners–a married couple splitting time between DC and our clients’ offices. We’re educated, affable, and open to as much or as little interaction as you want from a roommate experience. We entertain periodically, love to cook, keep things very clean and organized. Books are our weakness and you’re welcome to enjoy our library.
