Jennifer's room

My house is furnished, but my basement has room if you need space for living furniture. Option to rent basement only available. Your room will be completely empty before move-in. The furniture in the photos are for reference only. The bathroom is set up and is the guest bathroom, but I can empty it so you can personalize it for yourself. I have my own bathroom, so it would be private for you. My basement has a separate room for some storage and also another bathroom. Pics of living area is actually the basement. Washer/Dryer are fairly new and work great. Parking is driveway parking, but at least it is off the road. If you want to park on the road, you are responsible for the permit fees. Utilities are included, but I would appreciate going half on the internet.

I am a professional photographer and government worker. I am older, educated, traveler, dog-mom, a great cook, quiet, private, and introverted. I am LGBTQ-friendy. I respect privacy of others. I do not drink, party, or do drugs. I have no kids, but I have a dog who is extremely friendly and quiet.
