Darlene's room

This room is 13x12 feet. it is placed down stairs next to its own private bathroom. this room comes fully furnished with a bed (for now it is a blow up mattress but a real full/queen sized mattress and bed frame will be in the room before the move in date), nightstand, Dresser and TV. it does have a closet. the bathroom comes furnished with a shower curtain and bath mats. The TV comes with a fire stick available for use with household subscriptions for renters use. The renter is allowed access to the garage, laundry room, kitchen, formal dining room, formal living room, and second living room as well as back yard/front yard. The house is 3000sqft. There is RV parking and driveway parking, can fit 2 more cars. The rent includes a personal and private refrigerator/freezer placed in the garage. The rent DOES INCLUDE UTILITIES. The room does have a ceiling fan as well! UTILITIES INCLUDED: Access to high speed internet perfect for work form home or college students, water and trash, electricity and gas as well as AC. This room is available for month to month rent. I will provide at least a 30 days notice of the need to move out but i will attempt to provide more time! rent would be due on the 1st of the month with a 3 day grace period. I ask for no animals as we cannot allow anymore (reptiles are okay as long as they are in an enclosure when unsupervised.) Registered service animals will not be discriminated against. I am looking for a single adult with no children that will be living with them. There is no smoking in the house. (Vaping is okay as long as done in your private room).
The room is currently home to 3 rescue newborn kittens but room and bathroom will be fully sanitized and cleaned before the move in date. The bed room will get permanent blinds put in before the move in date. please note: the bed does not come with sheets or blankets but will come with pillows. the closet does not come with hangers. renter is responsible for purchase of their own groceries and toiletries including laundry soaps. Renter will be provided with personal pantry space.

My name is Darlene but i go by Pat. i am 62 years old and retired. i enjoy working out at the gym, going to the beach and i love animals. we have dogs and cats. the cats are kept upstairs in their own rooms with their owners. the dogs are free roaming through the house. I currently live with my two twin daughters and my daughters fiancé. they are all 21 years old. all of us reside upstairs so the down stairs will be very private for the most part unless cooking or watching tv in the living room. We are all either working or out and about for the most part. we are all very quiet and tend to keep to ourselves. all i ask is that you respect the house and keep your areas clean.
