It’s a four bedrooms house with 2 ½ bathrooms located in a quiet neighborhood of Rancho Penasquitos 92129. Great location near Fwy 15 and Fwy 56, 15 minutes drive to Torrey Pines Beach and close to everything. Three furnished bedrooms are available for rent and I’m looking for a female roommate, $1,100.00 including utilities and Wi-Fi with a $1,000.00 deposit. Prefer a six month lease but negotiable. It’s non-smoking, no pets and no parties and parking is on the street. Amenities are washer and dryer, large kitchen, living room,dining and backyard.
