Billy's room

Private room available in 2bd/2bath apartment. Spacious walk-in closet. Bathroom is technically the shared bathroom, but can lock the door connected to the living room if you wish (my guests use my bathroom).

Apartment has stackable washer/dryer, dish washer, gas fireplace, HVAC, WiFi. Apartment is fully furnished, room is unfurnished. Utilities are included in the cost.

Have some storage room in the water heater room, as well as some in the HVAC room.

Will require first and last month’s rent, as well as a 200$ deposit. Proof of income required (last 4 paychecks is fine). Pets can be discussed (unfortuatally cannot allow another dog). I do have one sweet 9yr old dog who gets along with pretty much anyone and anything (cats, rabbits, ferrets, dogs, etc)

Im 34yr old male who works from home. I don’t party and only have people over very occasionally. I spend most of my time in my ‘office’ either working or gaming. I have a 9yr old mutt Cooper who gets along with everyone/everything.
