Large room for rent comes with a complete full size bed, a nightstand, a large desk, and an accent armchair. The bed now comes with a remote and can be adjusted. mattress is super comfy. The room also has a double sided closet not walk in. This room does not come with a tv, but you can get one. My home has central air/heat. You will have keyless entry. Parking will be curbside.

It must be fixed and have up to date shot records. Those who have a pet must be kept in your space when you’re not available IF it does not get along with my cat. I have a cat. She is shy at first but once she gets used to you, she will be friendly, lovable, and personable. She will stay out of your space 100% of the time. You will have access to common areas. Anything to use in the kitchen: new gas stove, any pots, pans, dishes, Keurig, coffee pod carousel, microwave, fridge etc. We can eat together or divide the fridge. Laundry: I have a washer and dryer. You will have keyless entry and I also have vivint smart home security. Absolutely no drama, no drugs, no smoking or vaping inside my home, and no overnight guests. On occasion, I like to cook and share with my roommates. We are in a great location from shopping centers, the interstate is just a few blocks away, Barksdale air force Base is like literally right around the corner.

I work. Sometimes I watch TV, cook, listen to music, do some yard work. I try to stay busy. Sometimes I like to take my cat out for a stroll when the weather is nice. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, trustworthy and respectful. I’m seeking someone who has common sense and will help take care of my home, especially when I’m not available. Someone who will contribute as my other roommate has. We can split the groceries or we can eat together.. You will have a friendship with me and my other roommate, as I don’t want to rent a room out to a stranger. Roommate must also have their own vehicle. Parking will be curbside. There is an extra fee for the weekly or biweekly housekeeping service which includes laundry. Those terms to be discussed at the interview. I appreciate your interest.
