Hello! My friend and I are looking for one more person to split a 4 BR townhome with for at least the next 12 months. The room is available immediately after your application is approved. We’re looking for a clean, focused, and professional housemate of any age to join us. Students are welcome too!

The home is on Buchanan Ct, right by the intersection of Glebe and Langston in High View Park in northern Arlington. It’s a 2100 square foot 3-level home built in 1995. It’s in a friendly community and comes with parking for 3 so each of us will have a place. With two major roads just out the driveway, it’s easy to get anywhere - you can have peace and quiet at home while still having downtown just beyond your doorstep.

We will be adjacent to a park and community center with a gym. There are also a back deck and a garden in the back yard. Inside, the first floor is hardwood and the sleeping rooms are carpeted.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed by our landlord.

I am in my 30s and after working in science consulting am now moving into science policy. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, visiting museums, and working on crafts and DIY.

Our housemate is in the military and works as an executive assistant. He enjoys cooking in his free time.

For our lifestyles, neither of us use drugs and both of us are vaccinated, so we’re looking for someone who is similar. We look forward to meeting you!
