Three bedroom two bathroom raised ranch home in the Millard West area. The home is well kept with a nice yard, deck and fenced backyard. The room has its own bathroom and can potentially be furnished depending on your situation. You will have a garage parking space. There is plenty of space and you will be welcome to utilize the home as your own. The room may be available the last week of September. This will be determined within the next week.

I own the home and will be occupying one of the rooms. My son is a student in Lincoln and will be there on some breaks and occasional weekends. I have an older dog that is very sweet and appreciates ear rubs. I try to make life simple and drama free. I am a former Marine and have a degree in Human Services. The past few years I have run my own small business. I did not check a bunch of labeled boxes. I believe in face to face honest communication to best determine compatibility. I fully understand age and maturity are not always correlated. I am easy going, optimistic and generally a middle of the road fun loving individual.
