Your sunny room is comfortably furnished with a full-sized bed. It has a huge double-door 5’ closet, bookcase, and its own air conditioning/heating unit. If you need more storage, there’s under-the-bed storage and a tower shelving system. Your bathroom has a full-sized soaking tub, shower, double-wide mirrored medicine cabinet, and ample under-sink storage.

The building is 5 years old, has a gym, communal roof terrace, lobby lounge/working area, virtual doorman, package room, elevators, and a bike room.

The Church Avenue B/Q subway is only 1.5 blocks away, and we’re steps from Prospect Park.

About me I’m a laid-back 45-year-old, down-to-earth, tidy person who works from home 5 days a week. I enjoy reading, cooking, and tending to my plants. I grew up in Europe and speak French fluently. I’m pretty easy to talk to / get along with. I like to keep the space as neat and clean as possible. While I occasionally have a friend or two over for dinner, I generally keep it fairly low-key, watching a movie or reading a good book with a glass of wine. I believe cohabitation is built on mutual respect and communication. LGBQT+ friendly. No smoking, no vaping. No cats (as I’m allergic). I occasionally foster a dog (never more than one) but keep them off the furniture.

Seeking: Female late 20s/30s/40s who is like-minded, courteous, respectful, and values open communication. Someone who is clean and keeps the apartment tidy. Preferably someone who works in an office at least a few days a week. You must have a job and proof of income. International graduate students are also welcome.
