Room for rent in a newly build home in the quiet Hillcrest neighborhood in Pflugerville. This charming room has a walk in closet, remote controlled fan, in-home laundry, naturally conditioned water, a reverse osmosis water filter, comfy share living spaces and its fenced-in backyard with a covered patio and firepit area.

Plus the room comes with a hydrogarden in the living area if you’d like to share in the gardening with me. 😄🌿 The room is currently furnished and you can use whatever you’d like in the space and whatever you don’t like we can store it in the garage.

Rent includes all utility bills, fiber internet, and lawn care is included as well.

I’m outgoing, fun, and spiritual — a mix of deep thinker and goofball. If you enjoy meaningful conversations about life, creativity, or purpose, we’ll probably vibe. I’m also someone who values quiet time and recharging, so you’ll get plenty of space.

I’m a local entrepreneur and I recently put my space on peer space so part of the home the main area can be rented out from time to time for events. So I need a roommate that’s ok with that cause we will need to be gone when it’s being used.

My interests include fashion, cooking, karaoke, dancing, and meditation. I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and really value authenticity and open-mindedness.

Energy and compatibility matter a lot to me, so I like to actually get to know a potential roommate before moving in. I prefer to start with a 3-month lease, and we can always reevaluate from there.
