The room: Average sized bedroom, with tons of natural light. Decent wised closet as well. Rent is $800+utilities.

A few more house bonuses: -Washer and dryer in unit -Two living room spaces -Almost brand new townhouse (we are the second tenants and we’ve been here for a year) -Plenty of storage spaces (Harry Potter style closet and two car garage) -Central AC and heat

The already existing roomies: You would be sharing the house with three other people; female (23), another female (23) and one male (23). There will also be a large dog (he’s a Belgian Malinois mix), so dog friendly is necessary! Cats and dogs considered. We are all pretty laid back for the most part, but we like to keep the common areas clean. We are all out of the house fairly often, but we do love the occasional roomie night, and we do occasionally host small parties too.
