I am looking for two new roommates! I have two rooms for rent in Lakewood Ranch. $1072/Month, utilities are around $600/Month and will be split evenly. The rooms are fully furnished with king size beds and blackout curtains. Lease renews 10/20 but I am open to having someone move in early if they are the right fit. The house is very well equipped and has a pool, patio, grill, office, dishwasher, laundry, two smart TVs, PS4, soundbars, subwoofers, garage full of tools, dog park and nature trails nearby. I am a project manager, I would like to have other young professionals as roommates. Pets are ok, I have a cat! I like going out for drinks and trying new restaurants! I also love running, weightlifting, swimming, boating, fishing, and going to the beach!
