About the room
Hello,
We have a private room with a private bathroom in a big cozy home for rent with 2 recently graduated students. It is a 15 minute drive from the UCR campus; and a 5 min drive the the Moreno Valley Mall. Rent is $800/month + plus utilities; Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, large kitchen area, A/C and heating, and plenty parking. This room is in a very quiet and we live in a safe neighborhood and would be a perfect place for UCR student Flexible lease Preferably students
About the roomies
A couple with 2 friendly dogs. We both work full time jobs and are very friendly. On the weekends we love to take the dogs on hikes and go to Disneyland.
