This property is a legit apartment complex that you would have to go through the leasing office to get in. This would include proof of income and a background check. 2BR 2BA space with washer and drier. The living room area will stay furnished but your bedroom would come empty. Utilities come with the rent, the only other bills would be NIPSCO and WIFI.

Nursing student and Air Force reservist who likes to get ahead of the curve. My current roommate will be leaving once this lease is up. During the school year I mostly stay in my room to focus on my studies. Being in the military, you are certain to have the place to your self a few days every month and a couple weeks over the summer. I’m really just looking for someone who’s willing to go 50/50 on bills, and is respectful as I do have a difficult college major.
