Unfurnished room available in 3 bedroom (box-style) apartment w/ 2 bathrooms to share with two males. We are artist / professionals in our Mid-late 30’s and we are very much quiet and mindful of other’s space and privacy.
Looking for somebody who works and pays rent and utilities on time to share apartment short or long term.
Room is medium - large size (15ft x 9ft) and has a walk-in closet. Bathroom is shared with the existing one roommate. The apartment itself is very spacious overall.
Rent is $900 + utilities (gas, electricity and internet). First & security to move in ($1800). Located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn NY on Nassau Ave. between Diamond and Humboldt. Apartment is about 7 minutes walking to G train on Nassau Ave Stop.
