The bedroom is large with excellent closet space, a dresser, a desk, a chair, bedside table, and a queen-size bed. The room is sunny with 2 big windows and a view of Manhattan. All utilities are included, gas, electricity, and internet. The apartment is renovated. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop. The Apt is located on the third floor of a lovely building where tenants know one another and on occasions gather on the rooftop to enjoy an eclipse of the moon or fireworks. This is a great location between Grove St. and Journal Square. You can easily take the path to WTC and be there in 10 minutes or 33rd St and be in 25 minutes.

Hi everyone, my name is Nicoletta, and I am looking for an apartment mate who enjoys a relaxed environment, who can be considerate, clean, cordial, and enjoys peace/calm at home. I do most of the cleaning, Yes I do like my apartment clean; I do not expect you to do it. But it is imperative that you clean after yourself. I am looking to rent out the room by October 1, I would love a 6 month-to-a-year commitment ( I won’t consider less than six months) if it works out even longer (my roommate was here for 3 years). There is a third roommate and her name is Pollen, she’s a tortie cat. She’s sweet, selfish, and very well-behaved. She does not jump on tables or countertops. She’s mellow and likes to sleep.
