You have your own private room, private Bath. Whole private area, you have a deck with private fence. Full access to kitchen, living room washer and dryer included. In the amount of rents includes everything electric, water, cable, internet.

I am 61 years old. I have lived here for 10 years. I myself Rent here, it is a gorgeous place to live. It’s quiet, neighbors are very friendly and helpful if needed. I have a dog, 3 cats. I work a full-time position. I am divorced I am very low-key. I do maintenance to do the upkeep here. Preferably would like some help if you would like.
