Very close to several Florida Springs.

$1000 a month, plus half utilities & household supplies as needed. $1000 deposit, which will be returned upon vacancy, and the room being left in spotless condition.

NO ADDICTIONS! Small BBQ’s and social functions allowed. Sleep overs can be discussed. I am not 420 friendly, no HEAVY drinkers, no heavy partiers, nor substance abusers. No exceptions!!! I have a grown son who visits, and both of us get random drug test from employers.

It’s a single story, fully furnished, fully air conditioned house. Your Bedroom is NOT furnished, so you will need to furnish it. All rooms have modern air conditioners, except the laundry and bath. This way we only air condition the rooms that we are in. Hence saving on electric. You have use of the whole house, Except my bedroom. (I don’t expect you to live just in your bedroom, unless that’s what you want). Just be respectful of each other. Everything is already here, including a dishwasher, and washer & dryer. Bathroom is a Jacuzzi Tub/Shower If you use my things, I expect you to care for them, just as I do.

We will mutually share chores, and occasionally share in the cost of cleaning supplies and toilet paper.

There is no cable. I do have Netflix, Spectrum TV, and at the present moment Amazon Prime. (Not sure I’ll keep it). If you wish to have cable, you’ll need to hook it up and pay for it yourself.

There is no fenced in yard for animals. The next-door neighbor has a dog that is sweet to people, but not so much to other animals.

I am looking for a Responsible, Respectable, Like Minded, Clean, Semi Social roommate. A Working Professional or Student.

Im a middle aged female, educated, outgoing, open minded, and social person. I love to travel, try restaurants, museums and go to events. I usually work a lot, but also have a decent social life. Not only do I go out, I will sometimes sit on the sofa, watch Netflix, or relax in the backyard. enjoying all the wildlife. I’m clean, and have No animals. I love them, but my lifestyle is not right for them anymore.
