$200 deposit, $650 monthly , no pets and the room comes furnished with bed, dresser, and tv unless you want to bring your own furniture then thats fine too and we can take out whats not needed. The clothes rack next to the bed will be taken out & the large metal storage organizer thats against the wall will also be taken out and the room will be emptied & cleaned for new tenant. You can bring your own mini refrigerator if you’d like for the room. The room for rent is just for one single. There’s space for parking a car in the front. Outdoor smoking only.

2 csub students live here with another single older woman. Family home. We usually wake up between 8am-10am & go to bed around 10pm-12am.
