RILEY's room

Located in a great neighborhood, with lots of students and families: 10 minutes away from Colorado Mesa University. Single room with closet, and east-facing window. Small backyard, room for plants, and seating. The living room and Kitchen are furnished. Clubhouse access includes a gym area and a gathering area. Once again, our neighbors to either side of us are super chill and very friendly people!

We are both super creative people, both working in film-related industries. We’re both in our early 20s and attending CMU. Both of us are clean people, each of us doing our part to keep community areas clean. We love cooking and listening to music in the evenings. Love doing outdoor activities like hiking, paddleboarding, and biking.
