Fernando's room

My wife and I, along with our infant, and 2 small dogs, have a 2 bedroom home where we are looking to sublet one of the bedrooms. The bedroom for rent has its own bathroom attached to the room, direct access to the laundry room, a side entrance to the bedroom for more privacy, and one parking spot in the driveway. The home contains a kitchen and living room which will be shared. Central AC and heat! We have a chicken flock and multiple garden beds in our yard. Two garden beds are available for the tenant if interested. We are a small family, working parents, who are active, love being outside, traveling, family, and friends. Hiking, yoga, beach day, laying in the park, and a bbq are things we do around SD county. We are open minded individuals who enjoy a good laugh, sports, documentaries, sitcoms but definitely not the news. We are looking for someone responsible, clean, in tune with themselves and the energy around them. Pics and video attached; note the room construction will be complete and cleaned before move in.
