Daylight Drive

I am divorced looking for a room mate to get my ex husband off the lease. I have three kids and two cats. Kids are in bed early though so house is quiet in the evenings. Options can be discussed. It is a 3/ 2.5 townhome. Internet is paid for, other bills may be split or included in rent (can be discussed). I am an insurance agent, and I attend college online at night. I don’t like parties and strangers coming in and out of my home, so I’m looking for someone who is either professional or studious with no time for funny business. On-site amenities including pool, game room, and fitness center all included.

I’m laid back, super chill and keep to myself. I’m friendly and I am always looking out for people. I have three kids though so I am serious about my responsibilities and goals in life. My kids are goofy and chill. They follow a strict routine. My two cars are also super chill and snuggly. They basically sleep, eat, and cuddle.
