This is a studio apartment, it will just be you, no roomates!! Full kitchen and bathroom. Free laundry on site. It’s approx 500 sq/ft. Bathroom was remodeled about 2 years ago, as well new floors put in throughout the apartment. Street parking. You’ll be in a studio in the back corner of the yard behind my house. Fun little swing right outside your door :)
