This home is located in Midway, Gulf Breeze which is the perfect location if you like going to Navarre Beach or Pensacola Beach! It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with amazing neighbors! This room does come with a dresser and bed with a closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with another female roommate. (She is very clean and organized) Plenty of room in the driveway for parking. This price includes all utilities, including 1000mbps internet. As well as any tv channel your heart desires in the living room.

Myself (homeowner) and another female roommate will be living here in this 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I have 3 amazing dogs as well. They are all super friendly. Marlin the german shepherd, Lilo the Husky and Yogi the mini dachshund.
