Furnished room for rent with shared bathroom located right off Newtown and Virginia Beach Blvd. Looking for clean, tidy, respectful roommate. We have a sweet dog but no other pets are being accepted, we do apologize. No kids or couples, though kids who visit on occasion are of course fine! Due to negative experiences in the past, we don’t allow overnight guests. Property is a 3br/2.5ba Townhome conveniently located 5 mins from the hospital, near ECPI, really just close to everything you’ll need! Room will come furnished with full size bed, TV, dresser, nightstand, mini fridge, vanity/ desk, and a wall mounted folding table. The bathroom is located next to the room and will be a shared bathroom, but it’s been kept tidy and not overcrowded with plenty of space for things. Street Parking. Lots of security. Friendly neighbors. All utilities are included. We try to be a quiet and peaceful home and do not allow drugs or partying. Here to answer any and all questions! Owners are an active duty military husband, and a wife that works in childcare. We like to host game nights and collect board games so there’s no shortage of entertainment. There’s almost always someone home between the two of us. 🤗 We have one other occupant who is in and out and rarely seen, but she’s very kind, considerate, and respectful!
