South Linda Vista Place

Large 4 bed 3 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. Utilities and lawn care is included, but we all chip in on Wifi. Looking for a female roommate, preferably no pets. The room is partially furnished, but it can be cleared out. You are welcome to use any of the existing furniture. We have a large patio and backyard. Approx. 15 minutes to downtown, or basically anywhere. We are doing a three month lease, but if it is a good fit you are welcome to stay longer!

There are currently 3 girls and a mid-size dog living here, everyone is really respectful and friendly. We are all in our early to mid twenties and work full time. All of us are Christians and are looking for someone who is an active church goer as well. We all pitch in on cleaning and are pretty quiet. Not a party house.
