The private bedroom comes with a comfortable queen size bed, a closet, and a chair. A private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are available for use. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample parking. Close to public transportation, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. No smoking or pets allowed.

My adult daughter and I live in the home. We both work quite a bit so we are hardly home. I have two dogs that are always on a leash or in their crates.
