Room open November 1st possibly sooner if needed.

One room available in lakeshore WA. This is a small-medium sized room with a semi walk in closet full length mirror closet doors. You will have your own bathroom. Rent is month to month, Carpet in bedroom is brand new. You can paint the room whatever color you wish as long as it’s primed white when you leave.

House is fully furnished but bedroom is not. (This means I have all dishes, pots, pans, ext.) It’s a good location 3/4 minutes away from Safeway, target, and golds gym. Located in a cul de sac, neighborhood is fairly quite. AC and heating split unit, plus base board hearings, and a wood burning fire place.

A Relaxed household, I’m a age 31 female. I read, play videos games, watch TV. I am also largely active and gone on a lot of trips. I also have a dog she is very friendly and sweet but if you are not wanting to live with dog please inquire elsewhere. No other pets allowed. No smoking.
