Amenities include internet, washer and dryer, cable television in bedroom, kitchen access (including refrigerator, microwave, whatever) balcony, garage parking, and separate bathroom. All the furniture is new, and all the utilities are included.
The right individual will be responsible, employed full-time (and not work from home), have good credit, and be able to pass a background check. Fun and respectful professionals are strongly encouraged to apply. If you’re immature, irresponsible or have had issues keeping a job or staying out of trouble, please look elsewhere. No pets please.

Laid back & drama free female looking for roomie in The Woodlands, TX. I’m a night owl so if that’s bothers you, I’m not the roomie for you.
